                    I do hereby assume full responsibility for any and all damage, injuries (including death), or loses that may sustain or incur, if any, while attending, engaging, practicing, participating or witnessing shooting, hunting, or any other activity occurring on or near the premises or any offsite location. I hereby assume full risk, waive all claims and release and hold OHIO ARROW OUTFITTERS its owners, guides landowners and any other individuals otherwise harmless for any and all liability, claims, suits, damages, expenses, fees , actions, or rights of action or judgements as a result of injury or death to myself or members of my hunting party or family or damage, destruction or loss of property, Which in anyway relates too, arises out of, or is in any way connected with my presence on the premises, or my participation in activities, or the negligent acts or omissions of the releases or any other third party.

                   I am fully aware and under stand that OHIO ARROW OUTFITTERS does not have on or about the premises, or employ or contract with any medical services, provisions for ordinary or emergency medical services.

                   In consideration of my participation in and use of the OHIO ARROW OUTFITTERS premises or facilities, I hereby release and covenant not to SUE the land owner of the premises (release), employees from any and all claims resulting from any physical injury that may occur to me while participating in any program or event sponsored by OHIO ARROE OUTFITTERS.

                             OHIO ARROW OUTFITTERS Hunt Contract

 

     We would like to take a moment to thank you for booking a hunt with us and promise to do our best to show you a good time. By signing this form you will be agreeing to all the below set terms. Please contact me with any concerns before signing and mailing this form.

              I                                                                           , am booking a hunt with OHIO ARROW OUTFITTERS for the dates discussed with RICK DAVIS (owner). By booking a hunt I fully understand  what is included in all prices and agree to pay a 50% non refundable deposit to hold my dates. Prices do not include lodging (unless prior discussed) I also agree to pay the balance of my hunt by Oct 1St.( All deposits are good for a future hunt should you half to cancel your dates).

              Hunts do not include any meals or processing of game. We will provide field dressing and transport of game to be processed.

               I agree to the following rules while hunting: safety belts must be worn while on stand, No smoking while in vehicles or while hunting, No littering or destruction of stands or any property of Ohio arrow outfitters, No wandering around your hunting locations. You will use pre determined routes as assigned by your guide. Lights must be used during dark hours while coming or going to your stands. No animal is to be recovered without a guide present!!!  You will do your best to control your sent and use your best woodsman's skills while in our woods. We can only put the stands in the best locations. There is noting we can do to make up for ones poor woodsman skills, excessive or quick movents while on stand are prime examples. Most of all Practice Practice Practice!!!!!!!!!!

              

               I also understand  that there is an age restriction of 3.5 years on the animals to be taken. Typically a deer that will qualify does not have a slender neck and smallish back hams but will have a broad chest and full back hams and antlers that are a little past its ears. If when you first see him your eyes get very big then that's usually a good sign that he is old enough.   (pics are provided below of deer that will qualify. Please consult your guide when you arrive to go over characteristics of qualifying animals before you start your hunt). If you should shoot an animal that is not of age then you are subject to a $300 penalty which will be paid immediately. Also if you were to wound an animal and it not be recovered you will forfeit the rest of your hunt or pay $300 to continue your hunt.
